Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations
You may cancel an order at no charge before the restaurant accepts it. After acceptance, cancellation requests are reviewed case-by-case based on preparation progress.
2. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full or partial refund if: (a) the order was not delivered, (b) items were missing or incorrect, (c) the food arrived in unsafe condition, or (d) the restaurant cancelled after payment.
3. How to Request a Refund
Open the order in your account, tap “Report a problem”, and submit a complaint within 24 hours of delivery. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
4. Refund Method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Cash orders are refunded as account credit unless otherwise agreed.
